A group fitness class that is all about using the techniques that you have learned during Karate, Jiu-Jitsu and/or Kickboxing in a more realistic situation.
During these classes there will be more sparring mixed up with intense cardio to test how well you do under pressure.
All age groups and Martial Art styles are welcome as long as certain guide lines are adhered; Leave your ego at the door, be aware who you have in front of you and try to get better.
